Shipping is free on Digital Images!!!  You will be provided with a download link.  If you do not receive a link after payment, please contact us at customerservice@thecharactercafe.com and we will fix you up.  Please note that there are no returns on digital files, however, if you are having trouble, we will do our best to rectify the situation.  Thank you.
